What personal data we collect and why we collect it

-When user/customer/client wants to payments to us for their purchase (online and offline) they submit their complete information along with amount, we store all data when they submit payment form for order processing and further promotional updates in future. When visitor provide their data Contact/Query forms.

-When visitor submit Query/Contact us form along with promotional update consent we store complete submitted form data for replying their query and promotional updates.

Rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request (through email on writeus22@gmail.com) that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

-If any product comes with site installation package or you have opted onsite installation service, in that case be sure about site rediness before site engineer visit otherwise you have to take another appointment by paying installation charge.

-We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

-All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

-Personalized Products dispatch may take 7 to 20 weekday’s days. Personalized items cannot be returned or replaced. Personalization may slightly vary from the preview

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at writeus22@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and A picture showing the condition of the book, and our employee/courier partner will pick up the order from your address. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by you.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5-14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by message/email when your return/refund request has been processed. In the case of refund we will take a maximum  14 working days.

SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

-  We ship across India.

-  We also provide the Cash on Delivery payment option

-  After an order is placed, we will process and ship your product within 3-7 days (except Sunday and holidays). Order after 2pm will be processed the next business day. If changes occur within supply chain, due to peak periods or as a result of pandemic/disaster/any unavoidable condition, you may receive alert on your mobile/email.

-  We give the estimated time of delivery on your email. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.

-  The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

- Your purchases may reach you from various locations in more than one package. But rest assured, you will be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.

- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

- Cash On Delivery option is not a trial option and payment is necessary before accepting the order. Any refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders

-  In some pin codes, our shipping partners do not support COD and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact our customer WhatsApp helpline

-  In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same.

-  For local orders (Madhepura, Saharsa, Supaul, Purnea district), We can opt to get your order delivered at your doorstep in our personal care termed as “Priority Delivery service by us”.

-  You can request us “Priority Delivery service by us” over the phone +91-9572757576, acceptance and rejection will be confirmed same time.

-  If you marked your order as “local priority”, your order (over the phone +91-9572757576) fir priority basis delivery we can opt to get your order delivered at your doorstep in our personal care

-  Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express and Fedex

-  We are bound in coverage by their reach even though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your products reach you.

-  For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner
